Why Guided Journeys

Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP) is a cutting-edge treatment modality for PTSD, anxiety, trauma, and treatment-resistant depression. Our psychotherapists are graduates of an intensive, year-long KAP training program through Integrative Psychiatry Institute. We have spent nearly 300 hours of direct learning, in both live and virtual settings, participated in research-backed lectures and materials, and worked with more than thirty world-renowned leaders and psychedelic assisted psychotherapy experts. We are highly-qualified to assist you on your consciousness-expanding KAP journey. We work with a treatment model that incorporates intention setting, dosing session(s), and integration of the KAP experience, ensuring that you get the best possible outcome.

Take your healing journey to the next level with our expertise and the incredible power of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.

Operating under the 6 R's of Neuropschotherapy

Relating: The brain is wired for and strengthened by connection.

Resourcing: Strengthen neural networks for positive experiences.

Repatterning: Integrate movement sequences that help you come out of freeze, fight, flight, or faint.

Reprocessing: Integrate distressing memories and impaired neural networks with resource states.

Reflecting: Make meaning about experience.

Resilience: Adopting new behaviors or beliefs that help you cope well in the face of adversity.

Within this framework and prior to your Ketamine experience, you will have the option to receive a The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics™ (NMT™) Assessment before and after your full round of Ketamine treatment. The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics™ (NMT™) is a neuroscience-informed, developmentally-sensitive approach to clinical problem solving created by Dr. Bruce Perry.  It is not a therapy, and it does not endorse a single therapeutic method or technique. Rather, it helps the clinical team select and sequence specific therapeutic, educational and enrichment activities which are most likely to help address the client’s current challenges.

The NMT™ Clinical Practice Tools (AKA NMT™ Brain Map or NMT™ Metrics) help create a snapshot into the current functional organization of an individual’s ‘brain.’ This working model helps guide clinical treatment planning and allows ongoing re-evaluation of the treatment process. As the client changes, their needs will change. The NMT™ metric ensures the utilization of the most effective interventions, timed specifically for the client’s current developmental capabilities and needs, thereby optimizing the probability of success.

Pricing Structure

At Guided Journeys we pride ourselves on providing non-discriminatory, accessible, and affordable care. This is why we have developed different pricing options to meet your needs.

Cash Rate- The cash price is the amount you pay in full before treatment.  If you have insurance coverage and you select a cash pay price, Guided Journeys does not bill your insurance provider for these services.

Medical Insurance Subsidy- If you have specific medical insurance, we may be able to subsidize the cost of the intake, medical evaluation, prep sessions and integration sessions under your commercial or individual insurance plan.
